The No. 16 Montana Western Bulldogs open the 2017-18 season with a 84-49 victory over the Salish Kootenai College Bison Friday night at the Straugh Gymnasium. After a slow first quarter the Bulldogs pulled away for the easy win. Five players scored double digits for the Bulldogs led by

Jill Jacobs 12 points. The Bulldogs emptied the bench early and evenly distributed playing time.
