Story of the Day
The 12th ranked Bulldogs beat the no. 11 Westmont Warriors 49-46 on a buzzer beater three from senior Sierra Bignell. A day after turning the ball over 23 times and missing 13 free throws, the Bulldogs played a much better and tighter game against the Warriors. The Bulldogs trailed early and battled back to lead the entire second half, But in the waning seconds the Bulldogs need a clutch shot, and got it from their senior guard. With under 7 seconds left in tie game the ball was in-bounded to Brianna King, who got a screen from Bignell, King set up for her own attempt at a game winner, as two warrior converged on her in mid attempt King dished to a wide open Bignell who buried it to give the Bulldogs the win and split on the California road trip.

Sierra Bignell went 2-2 from the floor for 6 points, including the game winning dagger with 1.6 seconds left. 
Cierra Lamey scored 12 points on 4-9 shooting and pulled down 5 rebounds. 

Stat of the Game
Only 12 free throws were attempted in the game, with with Bulldogs going 6-10 and Westmont 1-2 from the charity stripe.

The Bulldogs improved to 9-3 overall. Westmont dropped to 6-4
