The ninth ranked Montana Western Bulldogs defeated the fourteenth ranked Menlo College Oaks 73-64 to win the Frontier Challenge Tournament at Chandler-Gilbert Community College. The Bulldogs maintained a 12-point lead for most of the first-half only to see Menlo chip away at the lead and tie the game with three-minutes remaining in the third quarter. Clinging to a three-point lead heading into the final ten minutes, the Bulldogs quickly built the lead up 17 thwarting Menlo's thoughts of an upset. Once again
Brianna King led the way for the Bulldogs scoring 29 points.

Brianna King scored a game-high 29 points, She also had four rebounds, four assists, and four steals.Â
Britt Cooper scored 12 points.
Cierra Lamey scored 11 points and pulled down eight rebounds.Â

The Bulldogs swept the tournament, beating two top-15 teams.Â
