For the second straight game the Bulldog defense stifled a ranked opponent. The Bulldogs held the eighth ranked Fighting Saints to just four points in the first quarter and built a large lead heading into the intermission. The Bulldogs maintained that lead throughout the second half to win the season series against the Saints and build a two game lead in the standings. The Bulldogs held the Slants to 27 percent shooting on 14 made field goals. The Saints shot just 11 percent from 3-point range. The Bulldogs shot nearly 43 percent for the game and had 10 assists. 

It Was Over When
Brianna King hit a pair of free-throws with just under five minutes remaining in the game to give the Bulldogs a 19 point lead. 

Individual Leaders

• Brianna King scored a game-high 25 points and added five rebounds and three steals.
• Tori Anderson scored 12 points, three rebounds, and three assists. 
• Hannah Dean scored 11 points to lead the Saints, and added 10 rebounds for a double-double.
