COMING UP: The Bulldogs will open the 2019-20 season by participating in the Big Sky Tip-Off Tournament in Butte, Mont. They will face the College of Idaho on Oct. 25 at 1 p.m. and Salish Kootenai College on Oct. 26 at 9 a.m. Both game will take place in the HPER Complex on the Montana Tech campus.

LOOKING AT THE OPPONENTS - COLLEGE OF IDAHO: The 'Yotes finished 2018-19 with a 16-14 record and made a run the Cascade Conference semifinals. C of I lost their top scorers from a year ago but return Mackenzie Royce-Radford (10 ppg, 3.3 rpg, 4.5 apg, 32 steals), Emily Harwood (8.2 ppg, 3.7 rpg) and Kiersten Rasmussen(3.4 ppg, 3.2 rpg, 31 blocks), and Kaylee Krusemark (7.3 ppg, 2.4 rpg). The also bring in a pair of junior college transfers that hope to make an immediate impact.
LOOKING AT THE OPPONENTS - SALISH KOOTENAI COLLEGE: This will be the sixth meeting between the two schools. The series began in 2016 and the Bulldogs are 5-0 against the Lady Bison. SKC is a member of the American Indian High Education Consortium (AIHEC) and have won the AIHEC national title three times with the latest coming in 2017.
