Shannon Worster's 17 points weren't enough as the Bulldogs fell in an exhibition game to NCAA DII Western Colorado 58-52 in the opening game of the Holiday Inn-Airport Thanksgiving Classic. WCU held a seven point lead after 10 minutes of play. That was all the cushion the Mountaineers would need, as they held the Bulldogs at arms length for the remainder of the game to earn win.
