Bulldogs Fall to No. 21 Thomas More 72-69

For the second straight game the Bulldogs comeback bid fell just short, this time in a 72-69 loss to No. 21 Thomas More. The Bulldogs and Saints were tied at half before the Saints went on a run quickly building a 15 point late in the third quarter. Montana Western, aided by career-highs from both Gracey Meyer and Mesa King, fought back but ran out of time as the Saints held on for the win. 

Top Performers 
  • Mesa King scored a career-high 17 points and added 12 rebounds for her first double-double as a Bulldog. 
  • Gracey Meyer scored a career-high 17 points, four rebounds, two assists and two steals. 
  • Jenni Weber scored 15 points and added a rebound and a block.
  • Brynley Fitzgerald scored 10 points five rebounds, three assists, two blocks and a steal.mesa insert
  • Courtney Hurst scored a game-high 29 points, two assists and two steals for the Saints. 
  • Zoie Barth scored 14 points and four assists for Thomas More.
  • Emily Schultz scored 10 points, eight rebounds, four assists and two steals for TMU.
