Bulldogs Host Carroll in Conference Finals

The fourth-ranked University of Montana Western Bulldogs women's basketball team will host the Fighting Saints of Carroll College on Monday, March 4, in the Frontier Conference Championship game.  

The Bulldogs So Far
  • The Bulldogs are 25-3 overall and 15-3 in Frontier Conference play. 
  • The Bulldogs are ranked fourth in the nation.  
  • The Bulldogs beat No. 22 Lewis-Clark State College 71-67 in the conference semifinals

Scouting the Opponents
  • The No.7 Carroll College Fighting Saints are 24-7 overall and 14-4 in Frontier play. They finished second in the conference and defeated seventh seed Montana Tech 59-50 in the conference quarterfinals. The Saints defeated three seed Rocky Mountain College 61-50 in the conference semifinals.

Game Time
  • The championship game of the Frontier Conference Playoffs will tip at 7 p.m. on Monday, March 4, 2019 in the Straugh Gymnasium. 
Tickets
  • Ticket prices are as follows: Adults $10, UMW Students $8, Children 5 and younger FREE. 
  • No passes will be excepted, with the exception of the Frontier Conference Lifetime Pass.
  • The first 200 UMW students with their Bulldog card will get in free courtesy of ASUMW
  • Tickets will not be available for advance purchase. Tickets will be sold at the gate, doors open at 6 p.m. on March 4.
