FRONTIER CONFERENCE RELEASE

WHITEFISH, Mont., Dec. 7, 2020 – Natali Denning of Montana Western is the Frontier Conference's Women's Basketball Player of the Week.

Denning is a 6-foot sophomore from Tualatin, Ore. Montana Western opened the home portion of their 2020-21 schedule with a pair of victories over College of Idaho, winning 83-51 on Saturday and 72-52 on Sunday.

For the weekend, Denning averaged 16.5 points, 3.5 rebounds, two assists and two steals. She was 10 of 17 (59 percent) from the field including 4 of 6, 3-point field goals (68 percent). Denning was 9 of 13 from free throw line. Denning scored a career-high 10 points in the win on Saturday, then she more than doubled that mark on Sunday with 23 points. 

This is Dennings first time winning the award.
