The 3-point shot wasn't falling for the Bulldogs but that didn't stop them from pounding the ball inside, outscoring the Orediggers 38-22 in the paint. The Bulldogs outlasted Montana Tech 61-52 to sweep the weekend series. Trailing by two at the half the Bulldogs made a bit of a run in the third quarter and held onto the lead down the stretch to claim the victory.

• Brynley Fitzgerald scored 22 points, three rebounds, three steals and an assist. 
• Shainy Mack scored 13 points, five rebounds and four steals. 
• Jaden Comings scored 10 points, three rebounds and three steals for Montana Tech.

• Both teams had over 20 turnovers. UMW (20) and Tech (25).
