BILLINGS, Mont.— The No.25 ranked Montana Western Bulldogs (12-5, 2-3) dropped their third Frontier Conference game of the season to the No.14 ranked Battlin Bears of Rocky Mountain College, 45-80.
The Battlin Bears took control from the beginning of the game. In the first quarter, Rocky shot 68% from the field jumping out to a 28-8 lead. They would finish the game shooting 45%. It was a tough shooting night for the Bulldogs, shooting just 14% from the three-point line and overall 29% from the field.
Shainy Mack led the team with 8 points,
Lilly Gopher and
Joelnell Momberg each finished with 7 points.
