KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) announced the 2021-22 Women's Basketball All-American Teams.
For the second straight year,
Brynley Fitzgerald was named Third Team All-American. Fitzgerald, a 5-11 junior from Dillon, Mont. started in all 25 games this season averaging 18 points a game. She shot 44 percent from the field and averaged 6.9 rebounds per game.
Earlier this season in a victory at Montana State-Northern, Fitzgerald scored a season high 35 points on 12-18 shooting including 5-8 from the three-point line, was 6-6 from the free throw line, and collected 9 rebounds. She became the 18th women's basketball player to join the 1,000 Point Club this season.
