DILLON, Mont. — The sixth installment of the 2024-25 Erck Hotels/Frontier Women's Basketball Players-of-the-Week were announced with both winners coming from Montana Western.
Trinidie Nichols, a junior guard from Post Falls, Idaho, was chosen as the Offensive Player of the Week.
Nichols scored 16 points on her 7-of-12 field goals, despite Bulldogs' 76-54 setback to No. 24 ranked Jamestown (N.D.). She also dished out two assists in the game.
This is Nichols' first career Erck Hotels/Frontier Conference Player of the Week award.
Maddy Moy, a sophomore guard from Kalispell, Mont., was selected as the Defensive Player of the Week.
Moy stole the ball three times in UMW's 76-54 defeat to No. 24 ranked Jamestown (N.D.). She also had two defensive rebounds in the game.
This is Moy's first career Erck Hotels / Frontier Conference Player of the Week award.
