DILLON, Mont. – With the completion of the 2025 Frontier Conference Track & Field Championship on Monday, the conference has announced the 2025 Frontier Men's and Women's Track & Field All-Conference Teams. Three Bulldogs earned all-conference honors in various events.
To be selected to an all-conference team, a student-athlete must place in the top three of an event at the conference championship meet.
Olivia Steadman was crowned the Frontier Conference champion in the 10,000m race after she earned a person record in the event, earning her spot on the all-conference team.
In addition,
Gracie Yakos earned a personal record in the 400m hurdles after she placed third in the event.
Brody Henry led the Bulldog men after he claimed third in the men's 800m race, earning an all-conference nod for the second year in a row.
Two Bulldogs were also honored at the Frontier Conference Championships as Montana Western Track and Field Champions of Character Award nominees, presented by WinWon Technologies.
The Champions of Character award is given to a student-athlete who best exemplifies the NAIA's core values: integrity, respect, responsibility, sportsmanship, and servant leadership.
UMW's nominees included freshman
Braden Kopp (Missoula, Mont. / Hellgate HS), and freshman
Bridger Wheeler (Cheyenne, Wyo. / Cheyenne Central HS).
