BULLDOG CAREER:
2019 (R-Senior - Football): Played in 10 games • recorded 38 tackles on the season • 2 tackles for loss • 1 interception returned for 22 yds.

2018 (R-Junior - Football): Played in six games • recorded 29 tackles • one interception and a fumble recovery • injury sidelined him for the last four games of the season. 

Transferred to UMW following a season at Southern Virginia (NCAA DIII) and was eligible to play immediately in 2018.

BEFORE UMW:
2017 (R-Sophomore - Football): Played in 10 games for the Southern Virginia Knights • recorded 43 tackles including 29 solo tackles, forced two fumbles, recorded three interceptions and six breakups.

Transferred to Southern Virginia following a season at College of Idaho (NAIA) and was eligible to play immediately in 2017.

2017 (Sophomore - Track): Competed for the Yotes in the long jump during the indoor season

2016 (R-Freshman - Football): Played in seven games for the 'Yotes recorded six tackles. 

2016 (Freshman - Track): In track, qualified for the Cascade Conference Championships in the long jump • third-place in the  4x400-meter relay • season best mark of 6.17 meters (20 feet, 3 inches) in the long jump.

2015 (Redshirt - Football): Redshirt season in football

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2015 graduate of Firth High • Nuclear Conference Player of the Year • second-team 2A All-State selection • in track, won the 2014 2A 400-meter state title • placed in the Top-4 in the 100, 200, and 400-meters at the 2015 state championships.

PERSONAL:  Born Jackson Thompson from Frith, Idaho • son of Matt and Jayme Thompson • majoring in health and human performance at Montana Western.
