Lemelin entered his first season as a student assistant coach in 2025 where he helped the Bulldogs to a 7-3 overall record.

As the student-assistant defensive backs coach, he helped Connor Dunlea (All-Conference Second Team) and Brady Mounts (All-Conference Honorable Mention) to Frontier Conference Recognition. Dunlea also earned one FC Defensive Player of the Week honor during the regular season.
