Nick Brown is from Millwood, Washington where he was a 2010 graduate of West Valley High School.
The 2016 campaign will mark Brown's second on the coaching staff for the Bulldogs and his first as a full-time assistant. Brown serves as the offensive line coach and cooridinator for recruiting, camps, academic success and travel.
Brown's first season on the coaching staff at Montana Western was the 2015 season, where he will coached the offensive line. He helped guide the Bulldogs to their best season in over a decade as Montana Western finished with a 7-3 overall record and a No. 15 ranking in the final NAIA Coaches' Poll. Brown coached two offensive lineman to all-Frontier Conference selections (Caleb Aradanas-DeGroot and Will Thacker) as the Bulldogs finished third in the Frontier Conference in rushing offense per game (190 yards) and No. 29 in the NAIA for offense per game (404 yards).
He joined the staff after a successful playing career as a Bulldog (2010-2015). During his time as a Bulldog, Brown was a two-time all-conference selection and a four-year starter at left tackle. Brown was equally as successful in the classrom, he earned Frontier Conference all-academic honors three times.
Brown graduated in 2015 from Montana Western with a degree in Health and Human Performance.
