Montana Western, University of

2018 will be Thacker's first season on the Bulldog coaching staff.

Originally from Winnemucca, Nev., Will graduated from Lowry High School in 2011. He came to University of Montana Western that fall. At Montana Western Will was a four year starter and three time All-Conference Team selection. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in health and human performance in 2016. Before coming back to Montana Western, Will coached the defensive line and special teams at Dickinson State University in 2017, and was an assistant offensive line coach at Chadron State College in Chadron, Neb. in 2016. He received his Master's in sports management from Chadron State.

Will now lives in Dillon with his wife Maddie, and their newborn Leelah Jae.
