BEFORE UMW:
2019 graduate of Capital High School • three-year starting quarterback • averaged over seven years per carry and 24 yards per return • recorded 153 tackles and five interceptions as a senior • All-Conference selection as a defensive back • a three-sport athlete who collected 10 varsity letters. 

PERSONAL: Born Garet Jardine from Filer, Idaho • son of Tony and Marianne Jardine • majoring in health and human performance.
