Biography

BULLDOG CAREER:
Due to COVID-19 the NAIA granted an extra year of eligibility.

2020-21 (R-Senior): Montana Western opted out of the 2020-21 season.

2019 (R-Junior): 

2018 (R-Sophomore): played in ten games • made the switch to offensive line midway through the season • recorded 10 tackles, one tackle for loss and 0.5 sacks • academic all-conference.

2017 (R-Freshman): played on the offensive line • academic all-conference.

2016 (Redshirt) Redshirt Season • made the switch from defensive line to offensive line before spring camp.

BEFORE UMW:
2015 graduate of Sydney High School • played four seasons • named all-state and all-conference as a linebacker and guard in 2016 • recorded 135 tackles, six sacks, and two interceptions • named to all-conference and all-state teams as a linebacker and guard in 2015 • East-West Shrine Game selection • three-time all-state wrestler • two-time all-state selection in track for discus and shot put • academic all-state selection. 

PERSONAL: Born Hunter Severson from Sidney, Mont. • son of Bob and Heidi Severson • siblings: Hudson and Sydnie Severson • majoring in elementary education.
