BULLDOG CAREER:
2020-21 (Senior - Basketball): Appeared in 14 games totaling 73 minutes • Shot 37.5 from the field and from 3-point range • Scored 18 points, six assists, five rebounds, three blocks and an assist • Academic All-Conference • Daktronics Scholar-Athlete.
2018-20: Was a student worker in the UMW Athletic Department • made the Dean's List three-times.
Transferred to UMW following two seasons at Umpqua Community College (NWAC) and was eligible to play immediately in 2018.
BEFORE UMW:
2017-18 (Sophomore - Basketball): Played in 27 games at Umpqua • averaged 8.5 minutes a game • shot 35.7 percent from the field • averaged 2.5 points, 2.4 rebounds, .8 assists a game • UCC Presidents' List three-times • NWACAcademic Excellence for Women's Basketball.
2017 (Sophomore - Volleyball): Played in 31 matches and 93 games at Umpqua • 125 Kills and a 0.184 hitting percentage • 56 blocks, 45 digs • averaged 1.34 kills and .6 blocks a game.
2016-17 (Freshman - Basketball): Played in 16 games at Umpqua CC • averaged 12 minutes a game • shot 42 percent from the field • averaged 2.9 points, 3.1 rebounds a game• UCC Presidents' List three-times • UCC Outstanding Student Award .
2016 graduate of Idaho City High School • first-team all-state in basketball as a senior • second-team all-state and Western Idaho Conference Player of the Year in basketball as a junior • first-team all conferences in basketball as a sophomore and senior • four-time first-team all-conference in volleyball • second-team all-state as a sophomore in volleyball • three-time Rolly Lincoln All-Tournament Team selection in basketball • four-time letter winner in volleyball, basketball and track • class Valedictorian • four-time Highest Honor Roll Student • as a junior won the Outstanding Biotech Student Award • as a sophomore won the Outstanding English Ten Award and Outstanding Advanced Math Student Award • Excellence in Physical Science/Intro to Chemistry Award as a freshman.
PERSONAL: Born Margaret Winnie Anderson in Boise, Idaho • daughter of Dirk and Laura Anderson • siblings: Dirk and Grace Anderson • Brother Dirk played basketball at Montana Tech, Sister Grace runs cross county at Montana Tech • majoring in environmental science.
