Shyke Smalls (Great Falls, Mont.) got things going early hitting four buckets without missing including two three pointers. The Bulldogs shot an astounding 76 percent from the field in the first half including 68 percent from downtown. The Eagles couldn't buy a bucket to begin with, but eventually got some to fall before the first half buzzer sounded with a score of 74-23.
Smalls couldn't miss in the second half either, totaling 16 points (6-6 FG) on the night. Cameron Evans (Billings, Mont.) also had a big night scoring 17 points and tallying a game high seven rebounds. The high scorer of the night was
Zaccheus Darko-Kelly (Missoula, Mont.) with 18 points and eight assists.
The Bulldogs will travel to Bozeman, Mont. on Nov. 4 where they will take on the Montana State Bobcats.
