It looked like the Bulldogs were going to coast to an easy victory as they wasted no time jumping out to a 9-0 lead just two minutes into the game.
The Blue Hawks went on a run and by the midway point of the first half, the Bulldog lead was only two.
Dom Robinson (Tacoma, Wash.) then hit a three and the Bulldogs put the pedal down and opened up a 14-point lead heading into the intermission.
The Blue Hawks would not go quietly, turning what could have been a blowout into a game by storming back in the second half to cut the Bulldog lead to just three.
The Bulldogs flexed their muscles and
Shyke Smalls (Great Falls, Mont.) scored 15-second half points as the Bulldogs pulled away for their seventh straight victory.
Kidgell was 5-8 from the field and 10-11 from the charity stripe. Robinson had 19 points, three rebounds, and three assists. Smalls finished with 16 points and five rebounds.
Marcus Payne (Livingston, Mont.) added eight points, three rebounds and a block.
The Bulldogs will play the University of Calgary Dec. 30 at 3:30 P.M. in their final game of the Green and Gold Classic.
