No. 9 Bulldogs Fall to No. 13 Saints

The last time these two teams faced each other, the Saints were ranked 6th in the country and the Bulldogs were only receiving votes. The Saints built a 25 point lead in the first half, before collapsing at home to lose by 14.

The tables would turn this time around, as the Bulldogs had a nine point lead late in the first half, before faltering midway through the second half, as the saints hit shot after shot to win by 25.

Zach Taylor lead the Saint with an impressive 10-16 shooting for 26 points, three other Saints player scored in double digits.

Shyke Smalls (Great Falls, Mont.) led the Bulldogs with 16 points, he also added three steals, continuing to lead the nation in that category. Missoula natives Zaccheus Darko-Kelly and Riley King each had nine points apiece.

The Bulldogs look to shake off the disappointing loss as they face the Rocky Mountain College Battlin' Bears on Jan. 20. Tip-off is set for 7:30 P.M. in the Straugh.
