Palmore Leads Bulldogs Past the Bears

For the second straight night the Bulldogs found themselves in a close game, and for the second straight night Aniese Palmore (Santa Monica, Calif.) took over. Matching her career high 24 points she set the night before. Palmore went 9-17 from the field including 4-6 from beyond the arc. She also recorded five rebounds and two steals.

The Bulldogs out played Rocky for most of the game but once again poor free throw shoot plagued the Bulldogs. Once again they shot 42 percent from the line, which allowed Rocky to stay within striking distance. However the Bulldogs were able to pull away late and come away with another conference win

Britt Cooper (Harrison, Mont.) scored 10 points, pulled down seven rebounds, and had three steals. Kaye Bgnell (Avon, Mont,) had seven points and five rebounds.

Next up for the Bulldogs is the Orediggers of Montana Tech on Jan. 26 in Butte, Mont. Tip-off is set for 5:30 P.M.
