The Montana Western Bulldog volleyball team continued its midseason slump in a straight set loss to Rocky Mountain College (12-25, 22-25, 13-25). The Bulldogs could not sustain any momentum in the sweep by Rocky, as errors and a low hitting percentage kept them from getting back in the win column.

Libero Dylan Fowler led the team with 20 digs and continues to be the top ten in the nation in total digs

The Bulldogs fell to 1-4 and 9-9 overall, while the Battlin' Bears improver to 4-1 in the conference and 13-6 overall.

The Bulldogs are home next week for two games. They will face the MSU-Northern Skylights on Oct. 5 and the Carroll College Fighting Saints on Oct. 6. Both games are scheduled to start at 7 p.m.
