The University of Montana Western Bulldogs Men's and Women's basketball teams host a pair of games this weekend at the Straugh Gymnasium. The men will play Yellowstone Christian College while the women play Corban University and The College of Idaho.

• Kooper Kidgell is 45 points away from 1000 career points.
• Cedric Boone scored 20 points in his Bulldog debut, and added 18 in the exhibition game at Montana State.
• Last season's player of the year Brianna King scored a game high 25 points in the exhibition game at Montana State.
• Tori Anderson scored 19 points on 7-8 shooting in the season opener.

Scouting the Opponents

• The Warriors of Corban University are 3-0 and are led by Jordan Woodvine who is averaging 14.67 points a game. She also averages 6.0 rebounds.
• The College of Idaho 'Yotes will open the 2018 season this weekend. They return last season's leading scorer Alyssa Case, who averaged 12.3 points a game.
• The Centurions of Yellowstone Christian College are 0-3 on the season and are led by Keck Jones and Joseph Hooker.
