The 11th ranked Bulldogs opened up the Frontier Conference Playoffs at home against Montana Tech and came away with a 68-56 victory. The Bulldogs defense was stingy all night which allowed the Bulldogs to open up a convincing 26 point lead midway through the second half. Jake Miles 18 points were not enough as the Orediggers clawed their way back late to make the score more respectable.Â
Dom Robinson and
Brandon Jones led the way scoring for the Bulldogs, while Jones and
Zaccheus Darko-Kelly, both for whom fell just short of a double-double, cleaned up the glass, pulling down a combined 19 rebounds.

 The Bulldogs improved to 24-6 overall. The Orediggers fell to 12-18.Â

The Bulldogs advance to the semifinals of the Frontier Conference Playoffs. They will host Lewis-Clark State College on Friday, March 2. Tip-off is set for 7:00 p.m. in the Straugh Gymnasium.
