Story of the Day
The University of Montana Western Bulldogs made their first conference road trip of the season, when they traveled to Butte, Mont. Thursday night. The Bulldogs lost in straight sets to the No. 20 Orediggers of Montana Tech (19-25, 17-25, 10-25) The Bulldogs started each set out strong but were unable to sustain the momentum falling in the later stages of the opening sets. The Orediggers proved to strong in the third set running away for the sweep. 

Stars of the Games
Dylan Fowler recorded 23 digs.
Kylie McCree had a hitting percentage of 0.393 with 12 kills.

The Bulldogs So Far
The Bulldogs fall to 4-9 overall and 0-3 in conference play. The Orediggers improved to 3-0 in the conference and 11-6 overall.
