FRONTIER CONFERENCE RELEASE


WHITEFISH, Mont., Nov. 18, 2019 — Jon Jund of the University of Montana Western were selected Frontier Conference Offensive Player of the Week.


Jon Jund of Montana Western, is a 5-foot-11, 200 lbs sophomore quarterback from Spring Creek, Nev. In (RV) Montana Western's 69-29 regular season finale conference win over Southern Oregon, Jund was 16 of 26 passing for 383 yards and five touchdowns. He rushed for 88 yards and two touchdowns on 11 carries. It's his third game of throwing for five touchdowns or more in a game and his second game with seven total touchdowns this season.

This is the second time this season Jund has won the award and third in his career.
