Second Half Surge Pushes Bulldogs Past William Jessop

Bulldogs connect on seven second-half 3-pointers to win 68-55

The Bulldogs used a strong second half to overcome a halftime deficit to go 2-0 at the College of Idaho Shoot-Out. William Jessop shot 61 percent in the first quarter to jump out to a lead. The 3-point shot allowed Montana Western to come back as the Bulldogs connected on seven shots from downtown in the second half to win by 13 points.

Top Performers
  • Gracey Meyer recorded a 14 point, 10 rebound double-double. She was 8-8 from the free-throw line.
  • Shannon Worster scored 14 points, four rebounds, two steals, and an assist.
  • Brynley Fitzgerald scored 14 points and had two steals.
  • Paige Holmes had eight points, eight assists, seven rebounds, and six steals.
  • Aycee Willis scored a game-high 22 points and pulled down three rebounds for the Warriors.
