HISTORY: The 2019 season marks the 88th year of Bulldog football, recording a 257-354-12 all-time record with 16 conference championships. Budget woes put a hold on football for the 1937-38 seasons. World War II put a halt on football from 1942-46 and the state eliminated football at Western in 1987.
THE MATCHUP: This is the 10th meeting between the teams since College of Idaho reinstated football in in 2014. The Bulldogs hold a 6-3 record against the Yotes since then, but C of I has won the last two games. The Yotes are sixth in the nation and have locked up at least a share of the Frontier title.Â
