The Bulldogs picked up their second home win in a row Thursday night in a front of a packed house. The Bulldogs built an 18 point lead with four minutes remaining in the first half, and looked to turn the game into a blowout. Tech had other plans trimming the Bulldogs lead to 12 at the the half. The Orediggers slowly chipped away at the lead in the second half taking a two points lead with just under five minutes remaining in the game. The teams traded buckets before Derrek Durocher's dagger of a 3-pointer gave the Bulldogs the lead for good.Â

With the Bulldogs trailing by a point with under two-minutes left in the game.
Derrek Durocher hit a tough, contested 3-pointer while being fouled to give the Bulldogs the lead back. 64-62

Derrek Durocher stole the inbounds pass with 7.5 seconds left and passed ahead to
Collin Achenbach who laid in an uncontested lay-up with 0.3 seconds left to give the Bulldogs a five-point lead.Â
Individual Leaders
- Cedric Boone scored a game-high 20 points. He added three rebounds, two assists, and a steal.Â
- Kooper Kidgell scored 12 points, six rebounds, three assists, and a block.Â
- Tanner Haverfield added 11 points, seven rebounds, and a steal.Â
- Taylor England recoded a double-double with 14 points and 12 rebounds for the Orediggers.
- Troy Owens jr. scored 14 points, four assists, and two rebounds for Tech.Â

The Bulldogs will close out the home portion of the regular season on Friday, Feb. 15 when they face No. 13 Lewis-Clark State College in the Straugh Gymnasium. Tip-off is set for 7:30 p.m. Before the game their will be a short ceremony honoring the Bulldogs four seniors.Â
