The Montana Western Bulldogs used a strong third quarter to pull away from Lyon College in the second-round of the NAIA Div I Women's Basketball Championship. The Bulldogs advance to the quarterfinals for the second straight season behind Brianna King's 27 points and Britt Cooper's double-double.Â
Individual Leaders
- Brianna King scored a game-high 27 points. She added three assists, three rebounds, and three steals.Â
- Britt Cooper had a 17 point 12 rebound double-double.
- Cierra Lamey pulled down 12 rebounds, and scored eight points.
- Samantha French and Madison Riley each scored 14 points apiece for the Scots.Â
