The Bulldogs won a thrilling five set match against the Pilots of Bethel College. After winning a close first set the Bulldogs dropped the next two and found themselves in a two sets to one whole. After trading punches in the fourth the Bulldogs rallied and forced the fifth and deciding set. The two teams battled in the fifth before the Bulldogs took a 14-11 lead. BU rallied to tie the game at 14 before a clutch kill by Emmah Peterson and a block by Morgan Stenger gave the Bulldogs the hard fought win. 

Individual Leaders
Jessie Weber recorded a game-high 19 kills, 20 dig double-double. 
Abbee Croninger had 13 kills and a .375 hitting percentage.
Cady Siemion recorded 14 digs and nine kills. 
Bridget Downs had a game-high 22 digs for the Pilots.
Peyton Hart recorded 18 kills and 11 digs fo BC.
 

Inside the Box Score

• The Bulldogs had four players record double-digit digs. 
• The Bulldogs won in five sets for the first time since September 14, 2017 when they defeated the University of Providence. UMW had lost their previous eight matches that went to the deciding set. 
• This was the first meeting between the two schools.
