LOOKING AT THE OPPONENT - CARROLL COLLEGE: Two weeks ago the Bulldogs shocked the No. 9 Saints by coming back from 13 points down with less than 11 minutes left in the game to pull off the upset. Jovan Slijvancanin is second in the nation in total rebounds with 220 and is averaging 11 a game (third in the nation). He is shooting 49.7 percent from the floor and scoring 18.1 points a game. Dane Warp leads the team with 19.7 points a game shooting 50 percent from the floor. He is also averaging 4.8 rebounds, 4.2 assists and 0.7 blocks a game. Dennis Flowers III scores nearly 11 points a game and adds 2.7 rebounds and 1.8 steals for the Saints.Â
LOOKING AT THE OPPONENT - ROCKY MOUNTAIN COLLEGE: The Bulldogs face the Battlin' Bears for the second time in two weeks. The Bulldogs erupted for 55 points in the second half to win 94-80 on Jan. 18. The Bears have lost their last six and average 80 points a game and 11 3-pointers a game (eighth in the country). Rocky is the best free throw shooting team in the nation, shooting 79.2 percent from the charity stripe. Clayton Ladine leads the Battlin' Bears in nearly every statistical category with 12.5 points, 5.7 rebounds, 5.2 assists and 1.9 steals a game. Â
