No. 13 Warriors Cruise Past Bulldogs

Location: Straugh Gymnasium - Dillon, Mont.  

The Bulldogs fell to the 13th ranked team in the nation 91-63 Thursday night. LC State shot 52.4 percent from the floor and 48.4 from distance to roll past the Bulldogs who shot 42.6 percent from the floor and 23.8 percent from downtown. 

Top Performers 
  • Cedric Boone scored 17 points, three rebounds and two assists. 
  • James Jones scored 12 points, three assists and a rebound.
  • Connor Burkhart scored eight points, and pulled down seven rebounds. 
  • Damek Mitchel came a rebound short of a triple double for LC State (10 points, 11 assists and nine rebounds). 
  • Trystan Bradley scored a game-high 20 points eight points and an assist for the Warriors

Turning Point
  • The Warriors closed the first half on a 8-1 run to push the lead to 10. They then started the second half on a 12-2 run to build a 20 point lead. 

Inside the Box Score
  • The Warriors had seven players score in double-figures
  • 15 of the Warriors 33 made shots were from beyond the arc. 
  • The Bulldogs made just five shots from downtown.
