LOOKING AT THE OPPONENT - CARROLL COLLEGE
WOMEN: The sixth ranked Saints have locked up the No. 1 seed in the upcoming Frontier Conference Tournament. The Saints are 16th in the nation in field goal percentage (44.5) and are only allowing 57.4 points per game, also 16th in the nation. Danielle Wagner is leading the team with 14.7 points and 1.5 steals per game. She is 17th in the nation in 3-point field goal percentage (44.6). Christine Denny is averaging 12.7 points and 6.3 rebounds per game. While Jamie Pickens is averaging 12.8 points and 6.2 rebounds per game. Sienna Swannack is leading the team in assists per game with 2.7 a game and scoring 9.2 points a contest.
MEN: The Saints are currently second in the Frontier and are looking for a bye in the first round of the tournament. They are third in the nation in 3-point field-goal percentage (41.8) and are holding opponents to just 65.9 points a game (10th in the nation).
Carroll is led by Jovan Sljivancanin, who is averaging 18.3 points, 8.9 rebounds and 1.6 steals per game. Shamrock Campbell is second in the nation with an assist/turnover ratio of 5.0. He is scoring 14.9 points and 3.3 assists per game.
