The Bulldogs fell in four sets to the Montana Tech Orediggers in the Frontier Conference Tournament Quarterfinals. The first set was tight, neither team could build a lead as the set went back-and-forth. The set was tied at 23 before Tech scored the last two points to win 25-23. The second set started off much like the first. Tech was able to take a 13-9 lead before the Bulldogs rallied to lead 15-14. The teams traded points until Tech took a 24-23 lead, again the Bulldogs rallied to win 27-25. Tech took a 14-9 lead in the third set, UMW rallied, but couldn't get any closer that 21-19 before the Orediggers closed out the set with a 25-20 win. Montana tech took control of the fourth set early, jumping out to a 15-5 lead and didn't look back as they went on to win 25-15 and seal the match win.

• Morgan Stenger led the Bulldogs with 11 kills and a .226 hitting percentage.
• Abbey Schwager had 41 assists, 11 digs, a kill and a block. 
• Tannah Sellers led UMW with 22 digs.
• Karina Mickelson 17 kills, eight digs and two blocks for Montana Tech.
• McKenna Kaelber had 45 assists and 14 digs for the Orediggers.
• Hannah Oggerino had 30 digs for the Orediggers.

Inside the Box Score

• Montana Tech had 14 team blocks while the Bulldogs only had five.
• The Bulldogs had 44 kills, Stenger recorded 11,  Emmah Peterson and Kaitlyn White each had 10 and Cady Siemion had nine.
