Whitefish, Mont. – Bulldog Women's Basketball forward Brynley Fitzgerald earned ERCK Hotels/Frontier Conference Player of the Week honors this week. Montana Western went 2-0 at the Best Western Caldwell Inn and Suites Classic hosted by College of Idaho in Caldwell, Idaho this past weekend. The Bulldogs beat (RV) Eastern Oregon 76-68 in overtime and College of Idaho 70-53.

Fitzgerald is a 5-foot-11 senior from Dillon, Montana. Fitzgerald averaged 25 points, 10.5 rebounds, 2.5 assists and two steals per game. She was 15 of 34 from field, 8 of 18, 3-point and 12 of 16 from free throw line. Fitzgerald scored 30 points in the win over College of Idaho.
