WHITEFISH, Mont. — Conference commissioner Kent Paulson announced the Frontier Conference 2022-2023 All-Conference Basketball teams, all-defensive teams as well as individual award winners and Champions of Character after balloting by the league's coaches. Montana Western had seven individuals recognized for their achievements in the 2022-23 season
Brynley Fitzgerald was named Co-Conference Player of the Year, along with Carroll's Jamie Pickens.
Jordan Sweeney was selected Newcomer of the Year.
Emily Cooley was selected Freshman of the Year.
Sweeney was also named First Team All-Conference.
Mesa King was named Honorable Mention All-Conference, as well as being named to the All-Defensive Team and being selected as Montana Western Women's Basketball's Champions of Character recipient.
Jamal Stephenson was named Second Team All-Conference and
Ky Kouba was named Honorable Mention All-Conference.
Jok Jok was nominated to the All-Defensive team and
Grayson Nelson was selected as Montana Western Men's Basketball's Champions of Character Recipient.
