2019-20 (Sophomore) Played in 30 games, starting 10 • averaged 14.7 minutes and 7.5 points a game • scored 225 points while shooting 51.9 percent from the floor • 125 rebounds, 19 assists, and 12 steals • scored a season-high 18 points against Ottawa (Ariz.) • was named Frontier Conference Player of the Week on 12/16/19 • recorded two double-doubles. 

Transferred to UMW following a season at Northwest College (NJCAA) and was eligible to play immediately in 2019.

BEFORE UMW:
2018-19 (Freshman) Played in 21 games for the Trappers, starting 20 • averaged 22.8 minutes and 13.0 points a game • scored 274 points while shooting 54 percent from the floor • 114 rebounds, 22 assists, and 15 steals • scored a season-high 26 points against Central Wyoming.

2016 graduate of Coastal Christian High School • First-Team All-Conference • averaged 16.8 points, 10 rebounds, and 1.2 blocks per game.

PERSONAL: Born Brian Howell in Wilmington, N.C. • son of Tony and Melinda • sister to Shelby Howell, who ran track and cross county at Appalachian State • majoring in environmental science.
