2021-22 (Senior):

Due to COVID-19 the NAIA granted an extra year of eligibility.

2020-21 (Senior): Started 14 of 15 games • averaged 24.5 minutes and 18.1 points a game (third in the conference) • scored 271 points while shooting 54.6 percent from the floor • totaled 72 rebounds (4.8 a game) , 18 assists, 11 blocks and 10 steals • scored a season-high 29 points against MSU-Northern • scored over 20 points six times • Second-Team All-Conference • Academic All-Conference.

Transferred to UMW following a season at Florida Tech (NCAA DII) and was eligible to play immediately in 2020.

BEFORE UMW:
2019-20 (Junior): Appeared in 24 games with 10 starts • averaged 5.9 ppg, 2.9 rpg, 1.2 spg and 1.0 apg while shooting 56.8% from the field • scored season-high 16 points vs. Nova Southeastern on Feb. 22.

Transferred to Florida Tech following two seasons at Wallace State Community College (NJCAA) and was eligible to play immediately in 2019.

2018-19 (Sophomore) started 30 of 31 games • averaged 7.7 points,  4.4 rebounds, 1.4 assists and 1.0 steals a game while leading the Lions to a 24-7 overall record and a 12-2 mark in the Alabama Community College Conference (ACCC) • Wallace finished with the best record in the North division of the league in 2018-19.

2017-18 (Freshman) played in 26 games, starting 17 • averaged 7.8 points a game shooting 55.7 percent from the field • averaged 4.1 rebounds, 1.1 assists and 0.6 steals a game.

2017 graduate of Duluth High School • averaged 14 points and 6.5 rebounds a game as a senior • second-team all-region GHSA Region 6AAAAAAA • 2016 and 2017 Georgia High School State All-Star selection • also played football and ran track.

PERSONAL: Born Jalen Daeon Hodges in Beloit, Wis. • son of James Hodges and Brandi Morgan • siblings: Shalia and Elisabeth • dad James won a NCAA DIII national championship at UW-Whitewater and played 12 years professionally in the CBA where he won five slam dunk contests • majoring in business administration.
