In a battle of two nationally ranked teams, and in a building that historically the Bulldogs have had a hard time winning in, the Bulldogs emerged victorious with a 13 point win and a perfect conference record.
The Lights jumped out to an early 9-2 lead, but the Bulldogs hit back and kept the game from getting away from them in a tough first half. Â With the Lights maintaining a slim three point lead, the Bulldogs closed the first half in a flurry taking a one point lead into the intermission.
The next few minutes remained a back and forth affair, until the Bulldogs proved too much as they pulled away over the last 11 minutes.
The Bulldogs, who shot 56 percent from the field, held northern to just 10 points over the final 11 minutes

Dom Robinson (Tacoma, Wash.) led the way for the Bulldogs scoring 26 points and dishing out seven assist. Senior
Shyke Smalls (Great Falls, Mont.) added 25, as both were making it rain from downtown. Sophomore
Kooper Kidgell (Billings, Mont.) scored 10 points.Â
The Bulldogs return home on Jan. 19 and 20 to face the Carroll College Fighting Saints, and the Rocky Mountain College Batlin' Bears respectively. Tip-off is set for 7:30 P.M. on both nights.
