Story of the Day
The eighth ranked Montana Western Bulldogs found themselves in a battle early, before tightening up on defense to win easily 106-65 over Yellowstone Christian College. The Bulldogs started on 12-2 run over the opening 3 minutes and looked like they were going to cruise to another easy victory. But the Centurions fought through the complacent Bulldog defense and knocked down big shots to stay within striking distance. However the Bulldogs proved too much for the Centurions as they put the clamps on defensively and drove hard to the basket to roll to the big won. Six players scored in double digits for the Bulldogs as everyone got significant playing time.
