The Bulldogs fell to the Saints 24-15 in the frozen tundra that was Nelson Stadium in Helena, Mont. With game time temps below 20 degrees, it took both teams a while to warm up as the Bulldogs took a slim 13-10 lead into the break. The Saints were able to find pay dirt twice in the second half, and that was enough to secure the victory as the Bulldogs struggled to run the ball as they only managed 78 yards on the ground.

Melvin Walser had six catches for 146 yards.
Jay Owens had 12 tackles.
Mark Kharchenko was kicked two field goals, including a career long from 43 yards.
