Story of the Day
The 17th ranked Bulldogs are in Arizona for the annual Cactus Classic hosted by Chandler-Gilbert Community College. The Bulldogs faced Benedictine-Mesa and came away with a 84-77 win. The Bulldogs struggled from the floor, only making five shots from behind the arc, and shot 43 percent from the floor of the game. The Bulldogs had four players score in double figures.

Brandon Jones scored 23 points and had 7 rebounds. 
Kooper Kidgell scored 17 points.

The Bulldogs shot 38 free throws and were 71 percent from the  line.

Story of the Day
The 17th ranked Bulldogs played the Thompsen Rivers Wolfpack and came away with a 95-84 victory. For the second straight game the Bulldogs were out shot from downtown, which kept the score closer than what it should have been. The Bulldogs had all five starters score in double figures. 
Stars of the Games
Marcus Payne had a double-double with 23 points and 12 rebounds. 
Dom Robinson scored 25 points on 5 made 3-point shots, and had 5 assists.

The Bulldogs had 33 free throw attempts compared to the Wolfpack's 7.

Game 3
Story of the Day
In the third game of the Cactus Classic in Chandler Ariz. The 17th ranked Bulldogs fell to no.5 The Master's University 108-95.  The game was much closer than the score indicated. The Bulldogs trailed by as much as 18 with four minutes left in the first half. They cut the lead to just one with 16 minutes left in the game, but couldn't get any closer than four. As the Mustangs pulled away in the final minutes. 
Stars of the Game
Dom Robinson had a game high 26 points, 3 assists, and 3 rebounds.
Marcus Payne scored 19 points, 4 rebounds, 3 blocks, and 2 steals.
Brandon Jones nearly had a triple-double with 10 rebounds, 9 points, and 7 assists. 
Stat of the Game
The Mustangs shot 14-27 for 52 percent from downtown, compared to only 8-25 for 32 percent for the Bulldogs. 
The Bulldogs So Far
The Bulldogs fell to 10-2 overall.
