The Bulldogs fell to the Northwest University Eagles in four sets (22-25, 19-25, 25-20, 16-25) in their opening game of the Big Sky Volleyball Challenge. But responded nicely with a four set victory over Multnomah (25-11, 31-33, 25-21, 25-16)

Kiarra Johnson had a combined 74 assists. Junior libero
Dylan Fowler had 58 digs. Senior middle blocker
Tessa Miller had 30 kills and junior right side hitter
Kyra Palmer had 20 kills.

Coach Lewis' Thoughts
"We had some ups and downs in both games, but fought our way through. We have two more games tomorrow to wrap up a long week. We have battled through a lot the last few days and are looking to finish strong."
The Bulldogs So Far
The games were the second and third of the Season for the Bulldogs, who are now 4-1. Northwest improved to 5-1, and Multnomah dropped to 0-2

The Bulldogs will head back to Butte tomorrow ( Aug. 26)Â to take part of the Big Sky Volleyball Challenge. They will face Dickinson State at 1pm and St. Francis at 5pm.
