The Bulldogs split two games in the second day of the Big Sky Volleyball Challenge in Butte, Mont. Falling in five sets (22-25, 25-20, 25-15, 19-25, 15-10) to Dickinson State, and beating St. Francis in four sets (25-18, 21-25, 25-22, 25-15).
Stars of the Games
McKenna Fink had 71 assists in the two matches.
Dylan Fowler had 55 digs.
Tessa Miller and
Kyla Paulsen combined for 31 of the Bulldogs 48 kills in the first game, while Kyle McCree and
Kelsey Potter combined for 30 of the 45 kills in the second game.

Coach Lewis' Thoughts
We Played well today, still have plenty to work on, but I was happy with what we did overall. Several of the girls stepped up in some key moments, and got the job done. I'm looking forward to getting back at it in practice next week and see us continue to get a little better each day."
The Bulldogs So Far
The games were the second and third of the Season for the Bulldogs, who are now 5-2. Dickinson State improved to 2-2, and St. Francis dropped to 0-6.

The Bulldogs will travel to Oregon next weekend to play in the NCAA Division 2 tournament Oregon trail Classic against Witworth at 12:30pm, and Pacific University at 5:30pm on Sept. 1 in Forest Grove, Ore. Then on Sept. 2 the Bulldogs will face Lewis and Clark College at 5:30pm and Linfield College at 8:30pm in McMinnville, Ore.
