The University of Montana Western Bulldogs lost in heartbreaking fashion to the Carroll College Fighting Saints in five sets Thursday night (25-19, 25-20, 18-25, 19-25, 13-15). The Bulldogs jumped out to a quick two sets to none lead, only to see the Saints claw their way back for an improbable comeback.

The Bulldogs So Far
The Bulldogs drop to 4-12 overall and 0-6 in conference play. While the Fighting Saints improved to 4-3 in the conference and 15-9 overall.Â
